About the Role

We are on the lookout for a hands-on Videographer / Content Creator to bring our content plans to life. Youโ€™ll be in charge of capturing, editing, and producing video content for social media campaignsโ€”working closely with the Social Media Strategist to translate creative briefs into eye-catching visuals. From client shoots to trending TikToks, youโ€™ll be the visual heartbeat of our digital presence.

  • Content Production โ€“ Shoot and edit video content based on the content calendar and strategy.
  • On-Site Filming โ€“ Visit client locations and capture high-quality footage in various formats (Reels, TikToks, interviews, etc.).
  • Editing & Post-Production โ€“ Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, audio, transitions, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Creative Collaboration โ€“ Work with the Social Media Strategist to ensure visuals align with the broader campaign message.
  • Trend Spotting โ€“ Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Organisation & Workflow โ€“ Manage equipment, plan shoot logistics, and ensure timely delivery of assets.

  • Strategy & Content Planning โ€“ Develop and implement bespoke social media strategies and monthly content calendars that align with client goals.
  • Copywriting & Messaging โ€“ Write platform-specific captions and content that drive engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Client Communications โ€“ Present monthly content plans and performance reports, manage expectations, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Paid Media Management โ€“ Plan, execute, and optimise media buys across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Development โ€“ Ideate and execute integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Performance Reporting โ€“ Monitor social analytics, track KPIs, and deliver data-backed insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Creative Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with the Content Creator to ensure all visual assets align with the content strategy and campaign objectives.

This role goes beyond content creationโ€”you will be responsible for driving engagement, managing client relationships, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring all social activities align with broader brand objectives.

  • Strategy & Planning โ€“ Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Multi-Platform Management โ€“ Oversee and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Analytics & Performance โ€“ Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

ACCOUNT MANAGER /EXECUTIVE

Job Description

You serve as a liaison between clients and the creative department. You hold the project together. You facilitate information exchange between the agency and client from the moment a campaign request is made by the client until the campaign has gone live and its results are measured. Working closely with your clients to understand their needs is vital. Additionally, you will manage administrative and campaign tasks to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Generally, the Account Manager is in charge of the day-to-day project management of all the account he’s handling. Also, he has to grow the account, secure larger budgets, and maintain it for years to come.


 
 

CREATIVE DESIGNER

Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer who can work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise, design and execute key marketing messages, content and impactful creative works covering print and digital media. He or she needs to have good layout skills and have strong attention to detail in ensuring everything is cross-checked and accurate. He or she needs to work on multiple projects for various clients and manage project files to ensure all artwork files are well-organised and archived.
