Social Content Creator (Content Strategy Focus)
About the role
You’ll shape the words and the story. This role is for a strong writer who can turn a brief into a clear content direction, then produce social copy that sounds human, sharp, and on-brand.
What you’ll do
- Build monthly and 3-month content plans with clear themes, hooks, and formats
- Write social captions, headlines, scripts, and campaign copy across platforms
- Research industries and audiences to keep content accurate and relevant
- Create content angles that support client goals (awareness, engagement, leads)
- Maintain tone-of-voice consistency across each brand

Digital Media Executive (Social Media Management)
About the role
You’ll run the day-to-day of social media. This is a hands-on role focused on publishing, platform management, and community engagement, with a strong eye for detail and timing.
What you’ll do
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and others as needed
- Manage community: comments, DMs, tags, and basic customer replies (with escalation when needed)
- Coordinate assets and approvals to keep posting on track
- Spot platform changes and flag opportunities (new features, formats, best practices)
- Compile monthly performance summaries and observations for the team
You’ll do well if you

Performance Specialist (Paid Media and Optimisation)
About the role
You’ll own the numbers. This role focuses on paid campaigns, targeting, optimisation, and reporting. If you like making budgets work harder and turning data into decisions, you’ll enjoy this.
What you’ll do
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and YouTube (as required)
- Build ad-buy plans based on objectives, audiences, and budget
- Set up tracking basics and monitor performance against KPIs
- Optimise campaigns (audiences, placements, creatives, spend) to improve results
- Produce clear reports with insights and next-step recommendations
- Support pitch decks with performance strategy, budget rationale, and KPI approach
You’ll do well if you
- Think in funnels, not just clicks
- Enjoy testing, learning, and improving performance week by week
- Can explain data simply and confidently
Creative Designer
About the role
You’ll bring ideas to life visually. This role is for a designer who cares about craft, can work across formats, and knows how to build clean, on-brand layouts that look great and work in the real world.
What you’ll do
- Design key visuals and layouts for digital and print (social, ads, brochures, reports, event assets)
- Translate briefs into strong design directions and consistent systems
- Prepare files properly for production (print and digital specs)
- Adapt and resize approved creatives across formats and platforms
- Collaborate with the team to keep execution aligned to the concept
You’ll do well if you
- Have a strong eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Work confidently in Adobe Creative Suite (AI/PS/ID, AE is a bonus)
- Can take feedback well and iterate quickly without losing quality
Client Executive (Account and Project Coordination)
About the role
You’ll keep projects moving and clients calm. This role is about coordination, communication, and managing timelines so the creative team can focus on the work.
What you’ll do
- Liaise with clients on briefs, timelines, deliverables, and feedback
- Coordinate internal schedules and keep projects on track
- Write clear emails, meeting notes, and action lists
- Track approvals, versions, and deliverables so nothing slips
- Support monthly check-ins with updates and project status
