SANTEN EYECAN CAMPAIGN
Five audiences. Five messages. One campaign that made dry eye awareness impossible to overlook.
Ingrid Design supported the Asia launch of Santen's Dry Eye OTC products with an integrated healthcare marketing campaign tailored to distinct audience groups, including contact lens wearers, gadget users, mask wearers, and post-eye surgery patients. We developed customised key visuals and campaign lines including Eye CAN Charm, Eye CAN Win, Eye CAN Love, Eye CAN Captivate, and Eye CAN Care, each one highlighting the product benefits most relevant to each group.
Rolled out across online and offline channels, the campaign also included social media content and educational materials developed for pharmacists and optometrists. Together, these touchpoints raised awareness of dry eye, addressed real consumer concerns, and positioned Santen as a credible and clear solution across the Asian market.
