NOVARTIS KEEP IT PUMPING CAMPAIGN

They gave heart failure a family. The community responded with genuine warmth.

Ingrid Design was engaged to refresh Novartis' Keep It Pumping Facebook page, a platform focused on raising awareness of heart failure and encouraging better self-management. To re-engage audiences, we introduced an extended illustrated heart family, building on the existing campaign while giving it more warmth, personality, and reach.

Leading up to World Heart Day, we created an educational motion graphics video and a series of hand-drawn illustrations covering symptoms, travel tips, mood management, and exercise guidance. Set against familiar Singapore-inspired scenes and landmarks including HDB flats, the Dragon Playground, and a plate of Hokkien mee, the healthcare social media campaign combined visual storytelling with real community relevance, driving strong engagement and meaningfully reinforcing heart health awareness where it mattered most.
