PFIZER TRUMENBA LUNCH TALK EVENT

A healthcare event reimagined as an immersive travel-themed experience that professionals still talk about.

Ingrid Design conceptualised and executed the Trumenba Lunch Talk event for Pfizer, aimed at raising awareness of the MenB vaccine among healthcare professionals. The event focused on the most at-risk audience groups, including students studying abroad, frequent travellers, and pilgrims, equipping professionals with the knowledge and motivation to recommend the vaccine to those who needed it most.

To bring the message to life, we turned the event into a fully immersive travel-inspired experience, complete with an airport-themed entrance, boarding pass registration, airline-style staff presentation, and themed interactive booths representing a student dormitory and a Hajj pilgrimage tent. Custom giveaways including luggage stickers and mini tin luggage cases reinforced the concept and gave attendees something tangible to take away. This is pharmaceutical event design that changes how professionals think about a product long after the room empties.
